Press-On Nails:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or returns on press-on nails. Once the package is opened, we cannot guarantee the quality and integrity of the product. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Other purchases
For our other products we understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. Returns or refunds for these products will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to request a return or refund, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
